WHAT IS PVTC
Provision Vocational Training Center (PVTC) is to provide an array of innovative and effective services, community development, employment and entrepreneurship training to individuals who are; homeless, in recovery, ex-offenders, veterans and adjudicated youth, seeking self-sufficiency. As we tear down barriers while promoting and building better lives for our participants, their families and their communities. This will be accomplished through training for skilled jobs in construction, janitorial and maintenance repair industry including: formalized training towards NCCER certification (The National Center for Construction Education and Research), life skills, mentoring and entrepreneurial training that includes rebuilding a community and houses within the community. The core of our training program will provide much needed job training, life skill training, mentoring, job placement, entrepreneurial training, faith based study groups and and development stage, we will gather information and calculate data to evaluate the effectiveness and benefits of this program model. We pride ourselves on providing our program participants with value-added services administered by highly skilled and trained professionals. We feel that we will provide a platform to introduce alternative employment and training to under-privileged adult men and women who deserve a promising chance.
